The morning assembly ground where every school day begins — prayers, the national anthem, and a thought for the day. The same ground hosts annual day, sports day, and farewells.
The Kavirayani school colour is military green. Uniform is worn on all working days; civil dress is permitted only on specially designated days.
Across all classes, the uniform is completed by a navy-blue tie with white stripes, the school belt, identity card, and house flap. Tie, belt, ID card, and house flap are supplied by the school on prepayment. Kindergarten dress code differs from the rest of the school and is shared with parents on admission.
The school operates its own bus fleet covering Parvathipuram. Each route has a designated attendant; vehicles are inspected periodically and maintained to motor-vehicles-department standards. Route lists and stops are published with the application form.
A first-aid room is staffed during school hours. Fire safety equipment is maintained per Andhra Pradesh fire department norms, with periodic safety drills across all classes. Drinking water is tested by an ISO 9001:2015-certified laboratory; the school’s Internal Complaints Committee handles concerns under the relevant statutory framework.
Kavirayani holds current certifications for building safety, fire safety, and water & sanitation, as required by CBSE and the State of Andhra Pradesh. The school’s CBSE affiliation is currently extended through 31 March 2027.
